[PRad] slides for the RD51 Coll. meeting

Please find attached the draft slides that I am planning to present tomorrow at the RD51 Collaboration meeting on the firmware upgrade of the SRS for pRad GEMs
I am still working on the slides and  would greatly appreciate feedback, suggestion and and correction from you.

Chao: I slightly modify the DAQ overview scheme that you presented at the readiness review incorporating the TIpcie feature being used for the GEMs. Please let me know if this is an accurate representation of the DAQ system
