[PRad] rules in Hall B area

  Hi All,
Despite all our efforts we still DO not follow the established RULES in
Hall B
working area.
Whenever the Vacuum tank is under vacuum or pumping down everybody is
required to have
(1) ear plugs all the time;
(2) safety glasses.

Unless we follow these rules we will not be able to continue the experiment.

NO Exceptions,
