[PRad] update on the run plan

 Some important updates from this morning's MCC meeting:

 1) we still have a good chance to get a beam from Friday 3 pm
    (I would estimate our chances to be on the 20% level).
 2) if not from Friday then we will start on Saturday from 1 pm
    (with a 99% chance).
 3) in both cases we will stop on Monday morning at 5 am for the
    work in Hall B.

 Therefore, shifts for this Friday day and evening are on a standby
 status (I will send an email by the end of Thursday).
 From Saturday morning all shifts are active through Monday morning.

 There will be an update today (by 5 pm) and on Friday morning.
