[PRad] Director's office visit to Hall B

  I was told that there is an expectation that Director (with some
 other hi ranking people) may visit Hall today at around 2 pm.
 Most likely they will take a look on our setup also. So, we better
 to finalize all cabling and cleaning up works before that time.
 Also, we better to prepare the counting room in case they decided
 to stop by there also.
