[PRad] [Revised Logentry] GEM test on run 695 and run 705

We have set up a trigger from scintillators on the beam line for the GEM efficiency test.
The test for this trigger has been down on run 695 & run 705.
695: raw data without any zero suppression for GEM
705: zero suppression is implemented for GEM.

We have seen better performance on CODA after implementing the zero suppression, the average rate increases from 1.1 kHz to 1.5 kHz. However, the performance is not very stable, sometimes we experienced a huge drop on rate.
Hopefully we will have another major improvement with the implementation of the second GEM DAQ computer tomorrow. (expected 4 kHz - 5 kHz)
