[PRad] [New Logentry] Run 747-754 for GEM latency tuning

We have started run 747-749 for GEM time window tuning and zero suppressed data validity check.

During these runs, we increased the time window and adjusted the latency.
The parameter for latency in readout list is changed from 0x61 to 0x5f, and we see a better match in peak within the first 3 time windows.
