[PRad] [New Logentry] Moving program is not working when trying to move from W715 to W749

HyCal was not moving to W749 when we finished the row W715 - W748.
The ptrans_x ptrans_y changed but encoder value stayed the same, and we did not observe transporter motion from the camera.
After several times of trying and correcting the offset values in the programs, HyCal was moved to W749.
