[PRad] draft slides for Volker's report

   Hi All,

 The preparation of good plots for the Volker's report is not going
 as fast as we wanted. In most part it is a result of having no a
 directory in our wiki with a report-ready slides. We need to work on
 this part.

 However, with the help of our people I put together a very preliminary
 report with 2 slides. It is still in progress (mostly the plots
 quality).

 Please take a look and send me your comments.
 I hope to finalize it by tomorrow late evening.
