[PRad] work in Hall B on Tuesday

  Hi Li, Maxime, Xinzhan and whoever at JLab these days,

 Please start the disconnecting of the HyCal cables from tomorrow
 Tuesday morning. Doug already requesting to accelerate this work.

 Li, please take our people at JLab and try to go morning (better
 from 9 am) and start this work.

 You can work only by reporting either to Doug or Kelvin. Also,
 you can work there only if one of them around.

 I found some plastic bags for cables in the Physics storage cabins,
 please use them for now. Also, try to see Kelvin or Doug have them.
