I think PRad may fit in on of the mini-symposia:
* D14c. Mini-Symposium on Precision Measurements in Nuclear Physics
Note that even though it is called "April" meeting it actually will be in January.

Subject: April Meeting 2017: Abstract Deadline + DNP Mini-Symposia
*|SUBJECT|* Message to members of the APS Division of Nuclear Physics
Approved by Ben Gibson, DNP Secretary/Treasurer
The deadline for abstract submission for the APS April Meeting 2017 to be held in Washington, D.C., January 28 - 31, 2017 is September 30, 2016.
The sorters meeting to arrange the program will be held October 7.
The Division of Nuclear Physics has organized the seven mini-symposia for the April 2017 meeting. Recall that a mini-symposium has a lead speaker to provide the background for the topic. Therefore contributed talk speakers can omit much introductory material and focus on the important aspects of their work. The seven DNP mini-symposia are:
* D14a. Mini-Symposium on Slow or Stopped Ions Used in Basic Research or Applications
* D14b. Mini-Symposium on Detecting Neutral Particles With Low-energy Thresholds
* D14c. Mini-Symposium on Precision Measurements in Nuclear Physics
* D14d. Mini-Symposium on Spin Structure of the Nucleon
* D14e. Mini-Symposium on Instrumentation for Low Energy Nuclear Physics
* D14f. Mini-Symposium on New Approaches to Search for Non-WIMP Dark Matter
* D14g. Mini-Symposium on Physics Beyond Collinear Factorization
Please join your colleagues at the APS April Meeting 2017 and submit an abstract .
