[PRad] draft text of the APS abstract

  Hi All,

 We especially delayed the APS abstract to these late days to see what
 we could potentially show in the coming January's APS meeting.
 It looks like (to me, at least) that we have to be very careful
 promising more than "... the current analysis status ...".

 I put together a draft of the abstract with that spirit, it is in the
 attachment. Please take a look and let us discuss it in the Friday
 morning meeting.
