[PRad] pcrad account

Things to do. 
Since we are close to finishing up development and debugging of the reconstruction code we need to get better organized in terms of the software management. We have to have all the source code in the common repository (github). 
Someone needs to set up all the common software (libraries) used for PRad analysis under this account so that everyone uses the same general reconstruction code.
