[PRad] Analyzer repository created

Dear All,

I have created the repository on github under organization JeffersonLab,
the address is at
https://github.com/JeffersonLab/PRadAnalyzer

The structure of folders and files are revamped, now it contains four main
parts
1. The analysis library "libprana", all the related source files headers
are in "PRadAnalyzer/libs"
2. The default configuration and database for calibration, pedestal, LMS
reference signals and module/DAQ connections, all these files are in
"PRadAnalyzer/config" and "PRadAnalyzer/database"
3. The EventViewer GUI, all related source files and headers are in
"PRadAnalyzer/gui"
4. Several example programs about dealing with the raw data and replayed
data, all related files are in "PRadAnalyzer/examples"

The original repository under my account chao1009/PRadEventViewer will no
longer be maintained.
I am going to setup the working environment on our group account pcrad, and
I will update the technical notes about this analysis software package
soon.
