[PRad] beam pipe

To follow up on the beam pipe thickness. 
The "standard" pipes used in beam line have wall thickness of 0.065". The pipe which goes from the vacuum box window through the HyCal is thinner and has wall thickness of 0.049". The material is stainless steel.
