[PRad] Working environment setup on ifarm

Dear All,

I have setup a working environment, installed the software that maybe
needed for the data analysis on ifarm, including:
1. cmake 3.8.0
2. root 6.08.06
3. qt 5.8.0
4. geant4.10.3.p01
To use them, just source /work/hallb/prad/apps/set_env_CUE.csh

The environment script in "PRadAnalyzer/env_scripts/setup_env_ifarm.csh"
will source this first, because root is required for the package and qt is
required for the GUI.

pcrad account will source the env script from PRadAnalyzer on login, so the
environment is automatically setup.

Please let me know if the installed software has any issue, feel free to
ask me to re-configure these software if you need more optional components
from them.
