[PRad] update from APS

 This morning there was a planned by APS Press Conference with a title
 (it looks like APS organized with Randolph):

 "The Proton Radius Puzzle and Plans for an LHC Successor"

 (don't ask why together, I don't see much connections either).

 There was a 15 min presentation by Randolph presenting the current
 situation on the subject. He introduced our experiment also in his
 presentation.
 It followed by many questions from journalists.

 For our part questions were mostly when we will release our results.
