[PRad] Shut down for January SAD tomorrow

Good afternoon All,

        The following is a list of things that need to be taken care of 
before the holiday break and the people slated to do the work.

HTCC- Morgan, move from CO2 to dry air

             Youri,  turn off HV

FT-     Morgan, everything off except the N2 purge.

DC-    Morgan, all voltages off and reduce gas flow.

CVT- Dan turn off HV for SVT and put MVT HV in safe mode.

Magnets-  Dan ramp down

LTCC- Maurizio, turn off HV

Rich- Valery
