[PRad] Hall B meeting

Please find the minutes of today's Hall B meeting at:

The engineering run is officially completed (see the Daniel's slides 
from the RC report), and we are in transition to the start of the CLAS12 
1st experiment run (see slides by Latifa). Also take note of the report 
by Valery  on the trigger studies that were conducted during the past week.
