[PRad] mini coll meeting [Fwd: PRad mini collaboration meeting]

  Dear PRad collaboration members,

 As it was discussed earlier we will have a "mini" collaboration meeting
 on this Tuesday evening, June 19 at JLab. It will start at 6:30 pm
 (may be from 6 pm, if we are all okay with that) in room F224/225, (as
 Dipangkar already arranged beforehand).

 A bluejeans connection will be provided (see email below).

 Here is the suggested format and the preliminary agenda:

 1) few remarks and agenda discussion, 10 min,   Ashot
 2) report from UVa group              45 min
 3) discussions                        15 min
 4) report from Duke group             60 min
 5) discussions                        20 min
 6) discussions of future plans        30 min
    (a) what to do before the Rp preliminary result;
    (b) what is the max. total uncertainty on Rp for the announcement;
    (c) possible missing effects in the background;
    (d) manpower;
    (e) .....
