[PRad] [EXTERNAL] PRad-DRad weekly meeting (Feb 28th)

  Dear All,

 Due to my visit to UKy I will not be able to participate in tomorrow's
 meeting.

 We need to discuss the TUNL tests plan and come up with a realistic
 goals. For sure, measuring the absolute detection efficiency would be
 better but, I also agree with the Dipangkar's arguments to start what
 we have and see if we can reach more.
