Dear Prof. Gao,

    With COVID-19 breakout worldwide in last week. Hope you, and your 
family are all safe and healthy while the epidemic is spreading so 
quickly in New York, California, heard from news.  The normal work 
almost recovers while all kinds of schools are still close in China. 
However, we are still keep high vigilance, no meeting, no dinner 
together, wearing mask everywhere except home. I found a China official 
handbook for Diagnosis and Treatment Protocol for Novel Coronavirus 
Pneumonia in English. Hope it can provide some useful information.
