[PRad] [EXTERNAL] PRad II - DRad weekly meeting (Apr 2nd)

 I would suggest that we discuss our strategies how we promote the
 PRad-II possible detector upgrade in tomorrow's meeting.
 We may start this process with the upcoming Weizhi's APS talk, as
 an example.
