[PRad] [EXTERNAL] PRad-II_DRad meeting new time (Feb 12th)

Dear All

>From the doodle poll, I see that all participated PRad members have selected
the best time, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM EDT, to meet tomorrow (Feb 12th).
In this case let's start our weekly PRad II - DRad meeting tomorrow at 12:00 PM EDT.
If all of us agree, we can keep that time for the next meetings too.
