[PRad] C1 Review Report

  Dear PRad-II Collaborators,

  The PRad-II C1 Technical Review Committee released its Report,
 that is in the attachment.

 Please take a look, there are mostly good and very useful
 recommendations for us to proceed with the further optimization
 and upgrade of individual detector elements.

 I would like to take the opportunity to thank all collaboration
 members who contributed to this, in many ways, very difficult
 review with their important inputs. It was a really a challenging
 review.
