[PRad] [EXTERNAL] Hidden Sector Search papers on wiki

Hello everyone,

On Friday I said that I would link to some papers that are related to our hidden sector search proposal on the wiki. On the PRad wiki I created a section for thing related to the hidden sector search, including a page that is a list of related papers.

For now, there are only three papers listed there. These are the papers we said we should discuss with the intention of determining what questions we may need to ask the authors in the context of relating it to our work.

I have some other papers saved as well that I will link on that page later, but for now it is only the ones we said we need to discuss.
