[PRad] [EXTERNAL] Re: X17 White Paper

Hello everyone,

As discussed today in the PRad meeting, I have finalized the edits based on
comments received. While we were unfortunately too late in completing this
to be submitted as a white paper, we have opted to upload it to the arXiv
so that it may be available for reference as it contains new work.

Attached is the document, as submitted. It will be announced on the arXiv
on Monday. When I receive the announcement confirmation, I will send
everyone the identifier and the password to claim the authorship of the
document.
