[PRad] [EXTERNAL] TAC and theory reports for DRad

  Hi Dipangkar and All,

 I think the Theory report is very positive for the proposal. We may
 answer to those few issues raised in the report.

 The TAC report also friendly with more questions that was also expected.
 It is possible to come up with our answers.
 I see two important questions: (a) the new target/recoil detector; and
 (b) the HyCal/GEM calibration. We have to work a little more on these
 questions.

 For today, I will not be able to join the meeting. For tomorrow's
 meeting I am okay.
