[PRad] [EXTERNAL] Another experiment for X17

Hello,

I was looking for another paper and came across this arXiv entry this
afternoon. Perhaps we have seen it already and I just forgot (it's from
November). It details an experiment that will run at the Montreal Tandem
accelerator that aims to recreate the original X17 measurement using a
similar target and detector setup. It may be currently running right now;
it states that data taking should commence in early 2023.
