[PRad] Fw: Open House poster updates

This is a reminder. We need to prepare a poster about PRad for JLab open house (June 8). See the message below. Try to use the suggested template, so that posters will have a similar appearance.

Subject: Open House poster updates

Dear all,

I put the PPTX posters (including a template) in

/work/clas12/ungaro/posters

Below find the list containing contacts responsible (or can delegate to someone) for updating each subject poster. For the magnets I wrote Bob Miller, not sure if Probir is still available.

HOW TO UPDATE POSTERS:

        - Method 1: (more work for me but also safer):  send me new images, new content, pass by my office and we can modify the posters together
        - Method 2: direct edit of the poster. If you chose to do so please only change CONTENT images and text. Do not modify fonts, background colors, sides, etc.

The deadline (necessary to print these posters in time) to complete the edits is Friday, May 3rd (end of next week).

Let me know if you have any questions or if I left something out.
