[PRad] [EXTERNAL] LMS is Working!

Hello Everyone,

I know that I will also mention this at tomorrow's meeting, but for those who won't be in attendance Ashot suggested I get the good news out to the collaboration. This afternoon we were able to LMS in HyCal functioning and were able to test it against its onboard alpha source PMTs! We forgot to take a picture but there will be plenty of those in the coming weeks of testing. I will also be writing up a short manual on the wiki so the documentation is a bit more centralized. With this working, we expect to be able to get the testing on track for the ERR!
