[PRad] items to finalize before the ERR meeting

   Dear All,

  Our collaboration meeting on Monday brought up several open questions 
that we have to work on
  and make our final decisions before the upcoming ERR meeting (most 
likely in the first part of
  March).
  Here are some top once that I had on my list, please raise yours:

1) There was a question about the new scintillators position accuracy to 
not contribute on the vetoing
    efficiency at small angles.
    We need MC simulations to determine the survey requirement 
(tolerance) for these scintillators.

2) Installment of the smaller new vacuum window for two experiments is 
still ambiguous.
    Do we need to install it in the beginning and keep it the same for 
both experiments?
    It will interfere with our desire to use the Pb-glass part of the 
HyCal for the PRad-II, at least.
    We need to decide on this part.
3) We need to try improving the gas profile knowledge in the target. 
Chris may come up with some
    suggestions on this part.
4) Beam background conditions for the X17 Search experiment needs to be 
re-simulated and come up
    with suggestions to approve it.
5) ...
