I strongly agree with Patrick. This looks like a fascinating paper, but a
theory paper cannot prove nor disprove experimental results. It can
support one or the other values of the proton radius, that's all. I will
read the theory paper now, because I am curious, but within the abstract,
there is a fundamental disagreement with the scientific method. Theorists
(like myself) model nature - we hope that our models and theories are
confirmed by experiment. This is the best we can do. Experiments tell us
what is real - experiments always have the last word.
