[PRad] Meeting on Friday Sept 21

Dear collaborators,

it would be good to include Sergey, Ben, and Chris in one of the next regular PRad2/X17 meetings to discuss the status of front-end electronics, cables, and detector integration into DAQ, both for HyCal and GEMs. Will there be any requests from the collaboration to JLab in that respect for FY25? Currently, I am not aware of any needs: procurement for the HyCal readout electronics is in good shape, remaining DAQ fibers will be installed this year, and GEM readout responsibility is with UVa. However, I can imagine that we are missing some items.

I recommend to have this focus meeting next week, Friday Sept 21, but feel free to invite for another date if this is not convenient for everyone required in the discussion.
