[PRad] Meeting on Friday Sept 21

 Dear Patrick and All,

 I think this is a very timely idea to have meeting on Friday, September 21
 to discuss the readout, DAQ, electronics, trigger etc.
 Hope Ben and Chris will be able to join too.
 Chao, please arrange to be in this meeting with your report/discussion.
