  Dear All,

  In today's meeting we will focus on:
1) editing the Charter (Dipangkar)
2) Preparation for Wednesday's electronics meeting (Chao)
3) and the following suggestions from Patrick:
If the proponents were holding a Collaboration Meeting with all active 
and interested individuals 1-2 months before the ERR, all points of the 
ERR and of the two experiments could be addressed. A suitable date could 
be immediately before or after the CLAS Collaboration Meeting on Nov. 
12-15.
A call for more collaborators could strengthen the collaboration. 
Potential new collaborators should know how much service work or shift 
sitting is expected from them.
