   Dear All,

  In this Friday meeting after briefly covering the updates related to 
the experimental setup
  preparation (target, GEMs, HyCal, veto sc., electronics, trigger, etc.) 
the main focus will be
  on the following items:
  1) possible approval of the HyCal new absorber/collimater conceptual 
design.
  2) method of the GEMs detection efficiency measurement (2 GEMs vs. 3 
GEMs).
     Please prepare simulation results for this meeting. We NEED to FIX 
the engineering drawing
     on this part.
  3) Beam energy selection for X17 (prepare initial simulation results, 
needed for ERR)
  4) tolerance on veto scintillator assembly (simulations).
