[PRad] event rate and radiation dose in the first open crystals

  Thanks Mingyu,

  Good results. It looks like we still have about factor of two advantage 
for the larger
  absorber when we use the same beam current.
  At this time we need the geometrical acceptances simulated using the 
"heavy photon" model
  (Madgraph5) and regular flat energy spectrum for X17 (like in the 
proposal).
