[PRad] temperature monitoring

  Hi Eugene,

  This is a good news to start with. I am guessing that the model #224 is 
best suited to our needs
  since (a) it is operating both at higher and cryogenic temperatures; 
(b) it is Ethernet connected.

  I am still looking for the types of our temperature sensors on the 
HyCal.
