[PRad] Schedule Update

I have a staggered start with only one hall over the weekend and if Hall B doesn’t want to start, I will run Hall C first and bring Hall B up on Monday.

Why is the startup always scheduled on Fridays (often end of the day)? Makes more sense to start Monday

I am not going to be able to make today’s 10am meeting, so I thought I would write a quick note on the schedule:



With a budget passed, JLab can carefully start looking forward again.    Likely we will be able to start the end station refrigerator next week (it had been turned off to save power) and we will start looking more carefully into the plan for next year.



Our initial guess was physics could start on Friday March 13th, but we are going to really start digging into details to see if we can make that date.



Keep in mind, money doesn’t instantly get to JLab after the CR is passed, so the lab is going to need to be careful with its funds until new money arrives; but at least things are looking positive again.
