[PRad] JLAB is closed this Wednesday

To PRad people on-site.

JLab will be closed this Wednesday, a "holiday." Only those with permission from the Physics division will be allowed on-site. On Thursday, the lab is expected to be open as normal.
I'll pass along any new information about lab status as soon as it is available.
