[PRad] HyCal cooling

We started cooling yesterday morning. Here are the temperatures for the last 24 hours.
All sensors work properly. The chiller setpoint is 17 °C. Over 24, the crystals' temperature dropped from 22 °C to slightly below 19 °C.
The work on the remote control of the chiller is ongoing
