[PRad] accelerator starts from March 27

  Dear All,

 At the 1:30 MCC meeting it was officially confirmed the 2-week shift of the physics run. We will start
 on Fridaay, March 30.
 Our installation and tests are going okay, we need to keep the same (at least) schedule to be ready
 for the run.
