the package of PRad-II and DRad" as stated in your drafted plan for the PRad collaboration meeting , it should be appropriate to discuss this issues with the authors of JLab 12 GeV primakoff proposal first. </span></span></div>

Dear PRad Collaborators,<br>

The next PRad collaboration meeting will take place on Friday,<br>
November 1, 2019 at JLab.<br>
<br>
The main focus of this meeting will be the development of two proposals,<br>
PRad-II and DRad for the upcoming PAC. Therefore, please use the<br>
remaining time to complete the old ideas and tasks, as well as,<br>
come up with the new once.<br>
<br>
And, for sure, we will need to have a small celebration of the big work<br>
done for the PRad (Friday evening, details need to be discussed).<br>
<br>
The draft work-plan that was emailed earlier is also attached here as<br>
the starting point for the preparation of this meeting.<br>
