<div dir="ltr">Dear All,<div><br></div><div>Below please find the minutes for today's meeting:</div><div><br></div><div><b><u>GEM Conceptual Design:</u></b><br>Eugene will schedule a meeting between Nilanga and Bob next Monday for the GEM conceptual design<br>GEM Conceptual design:<br>A box of helium-4 with two GEMs attached to the front/back surfaces, respectively<br>GEM with helium as the working gas (it's still a preliminary idea)<br><br><b><u>HyCal Electronics:</u></b><br>HyCal needs about 7 crates of Flash ADCs.
