The abstract is very good. I agree with Patrick's comments, and would <br>

to add a few more general suggestions related to all other upcoming <br>
abstracts.<br>
As we always try to emphasize, the first goal of the PRad-II experiment <br>
is<br>
to provide a new, high precision form factor measurement at a very low <br>
Q2 range.<br>
The second comment is related to the experimental method: adding the <br>
tracking<br>
capability in the experiment (by 2 plains of GEM detectors).<br>
