Hi KK,
Here is an approximate figure comparing LIGO and PREX results. This is a little cleaner than the ones in our paper ArXiv:1711.06615. The x axis of the figure is the quadrupole polarizability of the more massive neutron star while the y-axis is the polarizability of the less massive star. LIGO data from GW170817 limit the polarizabilities to be below and to the left of the brown dashed 90% line. The solid lines are different equations of state that predict neutron skins (R_n-R_p) in 208Pb as indicated in fm. The LIGO data suggest the skin is less than 0.29 fm. In turn the lower limit from PREX that the skin is > 0.15 fm suggests the appropriate average of the polarizabilities of the two stars must be \Lambda > about 500.

Cheers,
Chuck
