[Prex] Fall 2017 weekly meeting

Hello everyone,

Tomorrow we will have our last meeting of 2017. It will be at the usual 11
AM with the meeting page setup on the wiki:

We expect to hear from Victoria about her progress with FLUKA simulations
and I will talk briefly about correcting/mitigation of the Q1 (quad/dipole)
