[Prex] PREX/CREX fall meetings -- fill in by Aug 22

Hello everyone,

It is that time of the year again when you will be inundated with doodle
polls for all your meetings. For all the PREX/CREX meetings this fall I
would like to ask you all to fill out one "full" doodle poll with your
schedule:

This will be the basis for all the meetings we will have throughout the
fall. The "best" option for everyone will be picked as the weekly
collaboration phone meeting.

For the rest of the meetings the organizers can look through the list and
select an alternative time that works for the people who generally attend
those meetings. For example, once we settle on a time/date for the main
meeting I will look at responses from Adam, Kent, Cameron, Victoria and
David to pick another time and date for the Radiation meeting.
