[Prex] PREX/CREX weekly meeting new time

Hello everyone,

Because we could not accommodate everyone's schedule we had to settle for a
time that was least worse for most of us: *Tue 3-4 PM*.

We will start with this schedule from next week. I'll send out bluejeans
and meeting room information tomorrow.
