[Prex] analyzer meeting information

In order to not spam the entire collaboration we have kept the
communications for japan and the analyzer meeting on the prex slack(
https://prexcollab.slack.com/home) channel parity-analyzer. If you would
like to join please create an account, join the workspace and either join
the channel on your own or let me know and I'll send you an invitation.

For the remainder of the year we will keep the meeting at 9AM on Wed. To
